The YES Program: 36 Days to a Balanced Life
Dates: starts again on January 16th, orientation Sunday Jan15th.
Through the study and practice of yoga comes equilibrium and stability. Join us for this 36 day program that will bring you balance and cultivate what you wish for now. Your life is this beautiful, amazing, organic thing that takes you on a journey very different and more wonderful than you might have imagined. Sometimes the journey and road gets rocky and bumpy and we get tossed and turned inside out even with our best intention is to stay with the flow.
Help yourself get back on track.
With a healthy diet, daily meditation, yoga practice, journaling and readings, and field trips this program will give you what you have been searching for, cultivating habits that will last long past the 36 days.
This program is a mix of things that I love and know to work from my studies with yoga, meditation, writing, art making and creating ,and the process of creativity and freedom that all these elements bring. Bringing together ideas from Julia Cameron, Baron Baptiste, B. K. S.Iyengar, Sonia Choquette, Joseph Campbell, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson and other sources, this program will be great! I am very excited to share this work with you.
Returning to our roots to ground us and quieting our mind to hear clearly, feeding and nourishing our soul as well as our body , we let ourselves be guided as we are lead in the direction we are meant to go with love, wonder and ease. This program will "re-light" your inner light if you feel your sparkle has dimmed and if you are already shining bright, let yourself shine brighter with like minded souls!
This program consists of 6 Parts
Daily Meditation
Yoga Practice: 4 times a week
Daily Morning Pages- free writing
Healthy Diet- using the book "Food Matters" by Mark Bitterman
Journaling/ Weekly Discussion and meetings: Every Thursday 7:15-8:00pm
2 Field trips
(local destinations) 2 Saturday afternoons TBA

Foundations of the Flow
Foundations of the flow is a great way to get more clarity and understanding of the sun salutations and the flow that is our foundation. All Levels welcome. You will learn plenty wherever you are in your practice.

Want to flow a bit more on your mat? Then this workshop is for you. You will light up your practice through learning to incorporate all of the tools you already have to build a powerful flow. We will focus on Chatturanga, Up Dog, Down Dog, and the Warriors with particular attention being paid to proper alignment.
Leave with a deeper understanding of our Vinyasa Flow, a stronger connection with your body, and a more empowered you. There will be ample time for questions throughout the workshop. This class is perfect for beginners or for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of their practice. This is a great opportunity to explore your practice in a new way. Class size is limited to maximize personal attention.

We are here to be of service to you. We love yoga and want to help you in any way we can on your yogic path. We know that sometimes starting something new can be scary, thrilling and exciting. We are here to take out the "scary" and increase the thrill and joy. All of our class and programs/ workshops are wonderful ways to dive into your practice and connect with yourself and your yoga.
