Yoga ananda Advanced TRaining-
Yoga Ananda Advanced Training- the practice of flourishing.
The YAAS Program
- a 200 hr teacher training program that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
Over the course of 4 months those of you that join our program will immerse yourself deeply in the practice of yoga. You will dive deep and resurface with greater understanding of yourself and this amazing practice that is so broad and has so much depth. This program asks for a strong commitment, an open heart and an open mind and an understanding to trust the process that unfolds. If you LOVE the practice of yoga and this program speaks to you, read on ........
The process of yoga is inherently a process of transformation, a rinsing out so that you can fill your life with what you love; whether that is connection with yourself, others, sharing what you are passionate about and living a life, your life, full of freedom and opportunity. The mind quiets down and you find stillness within to know what action to take and what path to walk. the yogis believe that you are already fully enlightened you just haven't realized it yet. Let your practice deepen and your mind become clear.
The program begins and ends at the Margaret Austin Center in Chappell Hill, TX . We are blessed to start our journey together in a wonderful retreat center outside Houston where you will immerse yourself in deeper studies, twice daily practice, great meals, discussions, readings, community and connecting with your fellow yogis. These( 2) 4 day weekends will be busy (9am-11pm, 7:30am-11pm, 7:30am-11pm, 7:30am-5pm) .
